About Kaitlyn R Calabro

Kaitlyn Calabro graduated summa cum laude from Montclair State University with a B.S in Biology and minors in Chemistry and Computer Science. She entered the genetics concentration of the Graduate Program in Biomedical Sciences at UF in 2015. She received her Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Florida in the fall of 2019. Her current research focuses on improving dual AAV vector therapies for large genes involved in inherited retinal disorders.
